Sturgis volleyball falls to Three Rivers

(THREE RIVERS) – The Sturgis varsity volleyball team started their season with a road trip to Three Rivers, and the Wildcats won 3-0 (25-19, 25-16, 25-18). Erika Reed lead the Lady Trojans with 8 kills, 2 aces and 2 digs. Harlie Blum added 11 assists and 2 digs while Sophia Merchant 5 kills, 3 blocks and 1 assist. The Sturgis JV volleyball team lost to Three Rivers 2-0 (25-11, 25-20).
