(BOURBON, IN) – The season came to an end for the Westview boys basketball team as the Warriors fought hard, but fell to Wabash 50-45 in a Class 2A Regional Championship. The Warriors led 9-6 after the first quarter, but lost that lead in the second quarter and couldn’t quite catch up to the Apaches. Luke Helmuth led Westview and all scorers on the day with 20 points. Kaden Grau added 9 points while Wiley Minix and Austin Schlabach each had 6 points. ...... {LISTEN}. Westview finishes the season with a record of 20-6. Wabash is now 21-5 and will take on F.W. Blackhawk in a Class 2A Semistate game.
