White Pigeon boys win own track invitational

(WHITE PIGEON) – The host White Pigeon boys track team won their own invitational, with 147 points on the day. Centreville finished second with a 146 points, while Mendon as third with 127 points and Athens was fourth with 83 points. Jesse Fielis took first place in the 3200 meters for White Pigeon. He was also a part of the winning 800 meter relay and 1600 meter relay teams. Centreville’s Carter Cartier was first in the 100 meters and was part of the winning 400 meter relay team. Teammate Deandre Stout won the 200 meters and was also part of the winning 400 meter relay team. Ryder Gorham of Mendon was first in the 1600 meters and was part of the winning 3200 meter relay team.
