(GOSHEN) - A robbery suspect shot himself during an incident Saturday afternoon.
The Goshen Police Department says officers were dispatched to Brookside Manor at 4:45 PM Saturday on a report of a person that was entering unlocked vehicles and stealing items. Officers arrived in the area of County Road 17 and located the suspect, who then shot himself in the head and ran away on foot.
A search of the area was conducted and officers located the suspect.
He was transported to an area hospital because of his injuries.
