(BRONSON) - The Bronson Board of Education received an update on the sale of bonds following the approval of last week's millage request.

During their meeting Monday, Bronson Superintendent Kate Wall shared with the Board that she has been in contact with different organizations and there are two ways for the District to sell the bonds. One is through negotiated sales where the School talks with bond companies and negotiates the best rates for sale. The other is a competitive bond sale where the bonds are put out for bid and the sale goes to the lowest bidder.

Wall shares a time line for when the bond sales will take place and how much each series of bonds will be for.....(LISTEN ABOVE).

Money from the Series 1 bonds will be used for the H.S. Track and design project. Series 2 bonds will be for the Anderson School addition project and the Series 3 bonds for the Anderson renovation.
