The Language of Flowers
Join presenter Sherryl Bainbridge for a delightful Victorian-era skit exploring the historic "language of flowers" and its role in courtship. Guest are invited to wear hats and gloves to add to the evening's charm. Light Victorian-inspired refreshments and door prizes will be offered. Bainbridge, an Advanced Master Gardener with a background in English/Journalism, has presented this program across the Midwest, Florida, and Australia, bringing history to life with warmth and wit. She'll also have her hand-covered book "Let Your Flowers Do The Talking" available for purchase.

Weeds & Wellness 102
Local gardener Pam Frank returns with a deeper look at the edible and medicinal plants growing wild in most yards. She'll cover identification, harvesting, and simple recipes for tonics and syrups. Participants are asked to choose one wild plant from their property, learn all they can about it, and bring that knowledge to share during the discussion. This follow-up session builds on last year's popular program and offers an accessible next step for anyone curious about practical, plant-based wellness.

Summer Reading Block Party
The 4th Annual Summer Reading Block Party returns! It features a kids' pottery-painting workshop and live music, yard games, food trucks, photo booth, scavenger hunt, sign-up bags and more!
