(LAGRANGE) - Lakeland School Corporation Superintendent Dr. Traci Blaize recently completed a special training program.
Blaize is among a small group of Superintendents that have completed the Educators Preparing Inspired Change, or EPIC Program. It's a leadership development initiative designed to equip top school leaders with advanced tools in executive leadership, systems thinking, strategic innovation and organizational management.
The EPIC Superintendents Academy is presented courtesy by affiliates of the Indiana Association of Public School Superintendents.
The EPIC Program is geared exclusively for sitting superintendents with three or more years of experience. It's designed to prepare seasoned leaders with the strategic mindset and leadership competencies needed to navigate complex challenges, drive measurable results, and deliver a strong return on investment for their districts.
Blaize was one of nine Superintendents to participate in the program.
