(JEFFERSON TOWNSHIP) - A Decatur man was injured in a motorcycle crash over the weekend.
The Cass County Sheriff's Office was called out to a single motorcycle crash at 7:15 AM Saturday in Jefferson Township.
Deputies say 59 year old Michael Armstrong of Decatur was traveling west on M-60, just west of Oak Grove Road, when he lost control of his motorcycle and crashed. He was taken by EMS to the Central Cass Fire Department and later taken by MedFlight to South Bend Memorial Hospital.
It's unknown if Armstrong was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash, which remains under investigation.
