(STURGIS) - Interim Sturgis City Manager Doug Terry addressed the City Commission at the close of their meeting Wednesday.
Terry started by reassuring the audience that the Commission and the City are moving forward from the events of the past several months.
Terry says in talking to each one of the Commissioners, they have assured him that they will work towards the betterment of the public's lives and towards the future of this City.
Terry says the City Administration requests that as Sturgis moves forward the Mayor, the City Commission and everyone conduct themselves with kindness and with the full intent of serving the citizens with that expectation. Terry says it's imperative that the City moves forward. He says the citizens depend on the Commission and the City's maturity and leadership and having their best interests at heart. (LISTEN ABOVE).
