Sturgis boys tennis ties for 6th at D-3 Regional
(VICKSBURG) – The 2024 season came to an end for the Sturgis boys tennis team as the Trojans finished in a five way tie for 6tha place at the Division 3 Regional hosted by Vicksburg. The Trojans, Coldwater, Niles, Edwardsburg and Plainwell all finished with 4 points. Gull Lake won the Regional title with 26 points and host Vicksburg was fourth with 16 points. Sturgis’ George Ebert fell in the semifinals at First Singles. The Second Doubles team of Cooper and Easton Barkby made it to the quarterfinals of their flight before losing.
