Sturgis loses to Three Rivers 56-0 on Senior Night
(STURGIS) – Sturgis wasn’t able to capitalize on an early break as they fell at home to Three Rivers 56-0 in a Wolverine Conference contest. The Trojans recovered a fumble, but weren’t able to put points on the board. ...... {LISTEN}. Beckett Lamb was 4 of 17 for 36 yards and 2 interceptions for Sturgis. Kaicee Kyle had 14 carries for 22 yards. On defense Dawson Miller had 5 tackles for Sturgis and Todd Guijosa added 4 tackles. Lamonta Stone had 15 carries for 256 yards and 4 touchdowns for Three Rivers. Aiden Williams went 3 for 3 for 54 yards and a touchdown. Carson Beuter had 4 tackles to lead the Wildcats defense. Jace Gray and Landon Mooreland each had 3 tackles. Sturgis falls to 0-8 overall and 0-6 in the Wolverine. Three Rivers is now 4-4 and 3-3 in the conference.
