(LAGRANGE) – The host Lakeland football team scored on two big pass plays and saw their defense play tough in the fourth quarter to beat Churubusco 14-12 and get their first win of the season and first year head coach Tom Wogomon. The Lakers got their first touchdown on a 59 yard pass play from Brayden Holbrook to Keyan Arroyo, and then the two hooked up again on an 85 yard touchdown that gave Lakeland the lead for good. ...... {LISTEN}. Lakeland is now 1-1 on the season as are the Eagles.
