(KENDALLVILLE) - The East Noble School Corporation has hired Ed Bentley as its new Varsity boys basketball coach. Bentley will take over the team immediately following a misconduct scandal involving former coach, Brandon Durnell. Bentley served as the Angola Varsity boys coach from2012 to 2020. His teams won Sectional Titles in 2016, 2018 and 2019. He was also the boys Varsity coach at Westview for the 2020-2021 season and then coached at Eastside from 2021 to 2023 as the Varsity boys coach. Since 2023, Bentley has been working as an assistant coach at Trine University.
