(COLUMBUS) - Ohio Lawmakers are thinking about LOWERING the legal age to buy handguns from stores. Senate Bill 303, that would let people ages 18 to 20 buy handguns from stores. Currently, federal law sets the legal age for puchasing handguns from stores at 21. Even if the bill becomes a law in Ohio, the issue in could end up being decided in court at the national level.
