(HOWARD TOWNSHIP) – Multiple charges have been filed against a Southwest Michigan man, including one that involves children.

Cass County Sheriff Clint Roach says his deputies executed a search warrant at a residence on Lake Street in Howard Township Sunday, where they found evidence relating to criminal matters. That evidence led to the arrest of 38 year old Stephen Gill of Niles.

Gill was arraigned Tuesday on charges of accosting children for immoral purposes; using a computer to commit a crime, and possession of a contraband substance. Bond was set at $50,000.
