Mendon tops Centreville 44-39 at Sturgis Holiday Tournament
(STURGIS) – In the Consolation Game of the Sturgis Holiday Tournament, Mendon beat Centreville 44-39 in a battle of county rivals. Gracie Schultz led the Lady Hornets and all scorers with 16 points. Brianna Heitkamp added 13 points while Cienna Nightingale had 5 points. Drew Alexander had 9 points to pace Centreville. Mary Stears had 9 points while Ellie Reed added 7 points. Mendon is now 2-5 on the season while Centreville is 3-3.
